Before I new Christ, I involved myself with worthless works, pleasing the flesh. One day while visiting a church with my friend, I became burdened about my situation and the following week, I accepted Christ as my Savoir. My life changed. I started loving my wife and shortly thereafter, after seeing the changes in my life, she too accepted Christ. We are happily married now with three children of our own and two orphan children that we have taken into our home.
I am from the Maasai Tribe, but I also minister to the Meru Tribe. I speak English a little, but I am fluent in Maasai, Kiswahili and Kikuyu.
My family needs are $180.00 monthly and I receive a salary from my church of almost $7.00 per month. I also work sweeping the house of another man. He pays me $4.00 monthly, so my income is almost $11.00 each month. This of course hinders me in my service to the Lord. It is not that my members are unfaithful in their tithe; it is just that they are poor and suffer as we do.
The house we live in is made of mud smeared with cow dug on the walls (used as plaster), the roof is made with grass and the house has two rooms. To help with milk and income, we raise a few goats. Your help will be such a blessing to my family. I want to thank you in advance for what the Lord leads you to do for us.

To offset the domestic problems in my house I drank beer, but it did not help.My problems increased. One day I passed by a crusade and was attracted by the preacher speaking from Hosea 4:6.He insisted that if one would accept Jesus, He would set them free from all their captivity to sin.I decided to receive Christ and He changed my life completely. After accepting Christ, my spiritual eyes were opened and I saw how happy my home could become. This is the time I recognized the joy of salvation and felt pity for sinners.I felt a call of God to go forth and reach lost souls.I went to the Baptist Bible College to learn God’s Word and how to lead my people.
